Easily found along 16th street mall in Downtown Denver, Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery is a great destination for a quick bite, a few drinks with friends, or a great last stop from a night on the town. With locations all across the US, the Denver location is where it all started.
I (D.J.) had the Mad Cow Milk Stout, which is a nitro milk stout that was smooth and creamy with an oatmeal finish. This is right up my alley for styles of beer but this one was done well. I also was lucky enough to snag a sip of my wife’s sampling of the Fire Chief Ale which was on rotation and was crisp and clean quite delicious as well.
We visited Rock Bottom with some friends, are are excited to back to try some different brews. The brewery is another kid-friendly stop. With kid-friendly choices on their menu, kids are as welcome as parents. The serving staff really makes sure you feel welcome too. We only tried the grilled cheese to eat when we were there, but it was delicious and we want to take a trip back downtown to try some different brews and some great eats!
